Nancy Meyer is a climate strategy advisor who helps Fortune 500 companies turn climate ambition into clear, actionable decisions on transition strategy, scenario analysis, and supply chain decarbonization across the apparel, consumer goods, tech and energy sectors.
Most recently, Nancy led climate strategy and operations at Nike, where she developed the enterprise climate transition plan, set and operationalized the 2030 science-based target of a 30% supply-chain emissions reduction, launched a supplier climate program covering 70% of manufacturing emissions, and quadrupled supplier access to renewable energy over five years — work recognized with the 2025 RE100 Leadership Award and Nike's Maxim Award.
Previously, she was Vice President of Corporate Engagement at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES), advising 40+ companies as leader of the Business Environmental Leadership Council, and spent six years at IHS Markit advising oil and gas companies on climate risk. Earlier roles include the Government Accountability Office and the US Peace Corps in Azerbaijan.
A speaker at three COPs, Greenbiz, and the Innovation Forum, Nancy's climate risk op-ed appeared in the Wall Street Journal and her energy transitions white paper was published by the World Economic Forum. She holds an MPA from Indiana University's O'Neill School and a BA in international business and French from the University of Indianapolis — and helped steward her family farm for 18 years.
